**Gaharu Export is an information hub and gaharu (agarwood) sourcing broker operated by Bali Premium Trip — not a government permit office, not the exporter of record, and not a customs guarantor. These terms govern your use of gaharuexport.com and our request-for-quote (RFQ) service. Browsing the site or submitting an enquiry means you accept them.**
Effective as of 2026 and indicative of our current practice. We may revise these terms as regulations and market conditions change; the version published here always governs. If any clause conflicts with Indonesian law, that law prevails and the rest of these terms stay in force.
What do these Terms of Service cover?
These terms apply to everyone who visits gaharuexport.com, reads our pricing and legality guides, or contacts our trade desk by form, email, or WhatsApp. They cover three things: how you may use the content, what our RFQ (permintaan penawaran) service does and does not promise, and how we handle your data.
We publish educational material on gaharu grading, inoculation cultivation, the CITES and BKSDA permit pathway, and buyer markets in the Gulf and China. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, customs, or investment advice. For advice on your specific shipment, consult a licensed professional and the relevant authority.
Are you a seller, a broker, or a permit authority?
We are a broker and information hub. We connect qualified buyers with vetted, licensed suppliers and export partners in Indonesia. We do not own the gaharu, we are not the party named on the export permit, and we do not issue permits or clear customs.
| Role | Who holds it |
|---|---|
| Permit issuance (CITES export permit) | CITES Management Authority (Indonesia) / KLHK |
| Legal-origin recommendation for wild sources | BKSDA (Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam) |
| Exporter of record, customs clearance | The licensed supplier / freight partner |
| Gaharu ownership and grading | The plantation or supplier |
| Introduction, quote coordination, RFQ handling | Gaharu Export (Bali Premium Trip) |
Where the transacting brand does not own the asset, exports are arranged via vetted, licensed partners. We do not sell permit certainty, and we never guarantee a customs outcome.
What legal and CITES obligations remain yours?
Aquilaria spp. is listed on CITES Appendix II. Legal export requires a CITES export permit plus a BKSDA recommendation and proof of legal origin (cultivated versus wild). We favour plantation-sourced, legally documented material and will not facilitate illegal wild-harvest.
You remain responsible for confirming that your purchase and shipment are lawful in both directions. As a condition of using our service, you agree to:
- Confirm current requirements with the CITES Management Authority (Indonesia) and the import authority in your destination country before committing to any order.
- Verify permits and documentation independently — we can introduce a supplier, but we do not certify their paperwork.
- Not use the site to arrange, promote, or disguise any trade in illegally harvested or undocumented gaharu.
Guidance from 2023 to 2025 indicates a CITES export permit is typically valid up to about six months, with processing running up to roughly 60 days for some destinations. Treat those figures as indicative; the authority’s current rules govern.
How reliable is the pricing shown on this site?
All prices are indicative, grade-dependent, and subject to change. They are reference points to help you scope a purchase, not a binding offer. Our canonical brand band, as of 2026, is:
| Product | Indicative band (grade-dependent) |
|---|---|
| Plantation gaharu chips | USD 500–7,000 / kg |
| Oud / agarwood oil | USD 30,000–80,000 / kg |
Any grade-level figures we cite from sources such as Silvikultur UGM, zonakeren.com, or CNBC Indonesia carry the date and origin of that source in the text. Gaharu pricing swings widely with resin content, sinking behaviour, aroma, and origin. A final quote is confirmed only after our partner assesses grade and scope. No published number here is a promise of a transaction price.
How do RFQ, quotes, and bookings work?
When you submit the RFQ form or message us, we log your enquiry and route it to the appropriate licensed partner. We aim to respond within 24 business hours. That service level is a target, not a contractual deadline.
The sequence is straightforward:
- You enquire with grade, quantity, destination, and cargo details.
- We coordinate an indicative quote and a documentation checklist from the partner.
- The supplier confirms the firm price, grade, permit pathway, and terms directly.
- You contract with the licensed exporter — the sale agreement is between you and that party.
A quote is an invitation to proceed, not an accepted contract. No booking, order, or reservation is binding until you and the exporting party have a signed agreement and any deposit terms are met. We are not a party to that sale contract.
How do you handle my personal data (UU PDP and GDPR)?
We process the data you give us — name, email, WhatsApp number, destination, cargo notes, and message — only to answer your enquiry and coordinate a quote. We handle it in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, UU PDP), and we recognise that visitors from the EU and UK are covered by the GDPR.
| Your data right | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Access — see what we hold | Email sales@balipremiumtrip.com |
| Correction — fix inaccurate data | Reply to any thread or email us |
| Erasure — delete your enquiry | Ask by email or WhatsApp |
| Withdraw consent — stop contact | Tell us and we stop |
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations, then remove it. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the licensed supplier or freight partner needed to prepare your quote, and only for that purpose. We never place personal data in URLs or send it to recipients you did not authorise. If a cross-border transfer is involved to fulfil your request, we limit it to what the quote requires.
What are the limits of your liability?
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gaharu Export and Bali Premium Trip provide the site and RFQ service “as is.” We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative pricing, permit timelines, or educational content; from a supplier’s acts, documents, or delays; or from any customs or regulatory decision in Indonesia or your destination country. We give no guaranteed returns, no guaranteed permit approval, and no guaranteed clearance. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us directly for the specific service in question.
How do I contact you, and which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with disputes handled in the courts of Bali. Reach our trade desk on WhatsApp at 6281128590000 or by email at sales@balipremiumtrip.com.
Gaharu Export is operated by Bali Premium Trip and is part of Juara Holding Group — a Bali-based Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015.
